Home Health
At Advanced Home Care, our patients have access to nearly 500 nurses, therapists, social workers and home health aides, all of whom are dedicated to providing the highest-quality, most compassionate home care available. We work with each of our patients and their physicians to develop an individualized plan of care that emphasizes education and encourages independence and self-reliance.
All of our home health personnel are licensed professionals who operate according to their individual profession’s state board practice acts. We perform background checks, including a criminal background check, on each of our employees and also check to make sure their license is valid and up-to-date.
All of our employees complete an orientation prior to working with patients and also engage in ongoing education and competency training. In addition, Advanced Home Care is licensed by each state in which it operates and is a nationally accredited organization.
