Infusion
Infusion therapy involves the administration of medication through a needle or catheter, typically when patients are not able to take medications orally.
At Advanced Home Care, our experienced team of registered nurses, pharmacists and technicians work together with the patient’s physician to provide a variety of in-home infusion services to our patients. We arrange for delivery of medication, the infusion pump and any needed supplies and also teach patients and caregivers how to infuse the prescribed medication based on the method selected to achieve maximum independence.
