We offer specialized programs to help patients with Congestive Heart Failure (CHF) and Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD) best manage their symptoms and avoid hospital readmissions. Patients who have undergone total joint replacements will also benefit from our comprehensive orthopedic program.
For our patients who require infusion therapy, we can administer antibiotics, anticoagulants, chemotherapy, immunoglobulin, inotropics and pain management medications either intravenously or via catheters. In addition, our registered dietitians are available to consult about and administer intravenous and feeding tube nutrition, and our patients requiring respiratory therapy will benefit from our home ventilator, sleep apnea and oxygen therapy programs.
