I, as well as my son’s private-duty nurse, have found Ms. Henderson to be very professional, courteous, and willing to go “above and beyond” to ensure that his monthly respiratory supply orders are not only received in a timely manner, but that they are correct. On numerous occasions, she has contacted me or my son’s nurse to gather more detailed descriptions of supplies needed and/or to determine why a certain supply may have been shipped in error.
Now That’s Dedication
I had a complete knee replacement at Roanoke Memorial Hospital in December 2010. I was released from the hospital on a cold and snowy day. The representative from Advanced Home Care who brought me the CPM machine – Mr. Parker – did an extraordinary thing for me that day.
He risked the dangers of the icy, snow-covered roads and drove over an hour from his office in Salem, VA to my home. It is critical for a knee replacement patient to keep the knee moving constantly. Even just the trip home and the interval before the CPM arrived was enough time to stiffen my knee significantly.
Five weeks later and I am doing exceptionally well. There is no doubt in my mind that Mr. Parker played a key role in my recovery by getting the machine to me that night. I am truly grateful! I want you to know how important the service you provide is, and what a blessing it is for us to be served by someone like Mr. Parker.
