My son has received respiratory care services from Advanced Home Care since August of 2007. Ms. Henderson has managed his account since July of last year.

I, as well as my son’s private-duty nurse, have found Ms. Henderson to be very professional, courteous, and willing to go “above and beyond” to ensure that his monthly respiratory supply orders are not only received in a timely manner, but that they are correct. On numerous occasions, she has contacted me or my son’s nurse to gather more detailed descriptions of supplies needed and/or to determine why a certain supply may have been shipped in error.

But, most of all, Ms. Henderson’s personality has been the dynamic that makes working with her to meet my son’s needs much appreciated. When a care provider is sincere and diligent it’s a blessing, especially when it concerns one’s child.

I’m certain that you’re aware of Ms. Henderson’s work ethic, but I felt compelled to sing her praises. Advanced Home Care is very lucky to have her as a Respiratory Care Team member. Thank you for allowing me the opportunity to express my gratitude of Ms. Henderson’s level of service.
